A complete and comprehensive approach designed to bring you efficiency, peace-of-mind, and services you need – way beyond mere drug testing!

MBSA has completed a review of its drug and alcohol testing and safety support offerings.   This study included input from current participants as well as members who do not utilize the program yet.  As a result of that review, MBSA has decided to transition the program to National Transportation Consultants (NTCI), a most-respected firm in this arena, and well-known to us.

Our objective is to ensure MBSA members have access to a comprehensive, compliant, and scalable solution that meets the full scope of DOT requirements.

Over time, member needs have expanded beyond basic drug and alcohol testing and driver qualification files.  The move to NTC gives you a single partner that can support:

  • DOT drug and alcohol consortium administration
  • Ongoing program oversight and compliance monitoring
  • Broader safety and compliance services (driver qualification, hours of service, maintenance, accident readiness, training, and consulting)

The program also provides access to systems, expertise, and resources typically available only to much larger fleets.  We now are able to provide an integrated solution with state-of-the-art tools that aligns with how members actually operate today, including both CDL and non-CDL fleets.

We’re excited to bring you this upgraded program.  Check it out today, and let MBSA take this “to do” list off your desk.
