New regulations from the FMCSA will affect you. And we’re here to make sure you’re protected and compliant.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will implement the CDL Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse in 2020.  Be sure you’re ready! We’re  going live on December 4 at 10:00 AM.

The FMCSA Clearinghouse is an electronic database that will contain information about commercial motor vehicle drivers’ drug and alcohol program violations. Although the Clearinghouse rule actually took effect on January 4, 2017, the implementation date for FMCSA-regulated employers is January 6, 2020.

So, to help you prepare for this new regulatory burden, we’ve planned an interactive live seminar just for you!

What do I have to do to be compliant?  Is my company required to do this? You’ll enjoy a professional presentation online and/or on the phone, where all your questions will be answered by the pros at ITI, our drug and alcohol testing and compliance professional partners. Included in the seminar will be information on both Full and Limited Queries, when you are required to do them, what to do with them, what to do when you have a driver test positive, and what to do when you have a query come back on a driver that tests positive. Whatever questions you have will be discussed.
