MBSA Announces New Member Benefit: DOT Compliance and Drug Testing Support

The Midwest Building Suppliers Association (MBSA) has introduced a new member benefit through a partnership with National Transportation Consultants (NTCI), providing members with direct access to expert drug and alcohol testing services and DOT compliance support.

Designed for both CDL and non-CDL fleet operations, the program helps companies of all sizes reduce risk, improve safety, and stay compliant with federal regulations. By outsourcing complex compliance requirements, members can focus on running their businesses while minimizing exposure to fines, lawsuits, and operational disruptions.

Through this partnership, MBSA members gain access to a full suite of services, including mock DOT audits, driver qualification file management, hours-of-service and ELD reviews, maintenance and safety score evaluations, and accident documentation readiness. NTCI also supports policy development, safety program design, and supervisor training to strengthen internal processes and improve driver retention.

In addition, NTCI offers comprehensive drug and alcohol testing programs to help businesses meet DOT requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure safe hiring and operational practices.

Getting started is straightforward—members can schedule a consultation, select the services that fit their needs, and rely on NTCI to manage ongoing compliance.
