Please use the fillable pdf scoring sheet that was sent to you via email. The candidate’s total score is comprised of three categories: Academics, Leadership and Essay. Applicants can earn up to 10 points for each category 1-10 (1 is lowest; 10 is highest). Please add the candidate’s total points in the entry box. 30 points is a perfect score.
